<h2>Where we ship</h2>
<p>Australia only, for now. Every parcel is tracked.</p>

<h2>What it costs</h2>
<p>Free on orders of $60 or more. $8.95 flat on orders under $60.</p>

<h2>How long it takes</h2>
<p>Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery is 6–10 business days from dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on the move.</p>
<p>Right now orders leave our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, which is why the window is 6–10 days rather than 2–3. We're moving stock into an Australian warehouse; once it's there, delivery drops to 2–6 business days and we'll update this page and the site the same day.</p>

<h2>Kits and multiple items</h2>
<p>Everything in a kit ships together wherever possible. Occasionally items travel separately; if so, you'll get a tracking link for each parcel and nothing extra to pay.</p>

<h2>Tracking says delivered, nothing's arrived?</h2>
<p>Check with neighbours, your building's mail room and anywhere a driver might tuck a parcel. If it hasn't turned up within 2 business days of the delivery scan, email us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund the order if it's lost.</p>

<h2>Running late?</h2>
<p>Weather, peak season and carrier issues can add a few days. If your order is more than 3 business days outside the window above, email us and we'll chase it, or sort a replacement or refund.</p>

<h2>Wrong address?</h2>
<p>Email us straight away with your order number and the correct address. We can change it up until the order is dispatched. After dispatch we'll do what we can with the carrier; if a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we'll resend it for the cost of postage.</p>

<h2>Customs and duties</h2>
<p>None. The total at checkout is the whole cost; you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.</p>
