Shipped from Australia. Every order.

We don't ship from overseas. Every Shade Dog Co. order is dispatched from an Australian warehouse via Australia Post or Aramex with full tracking.

Delivery times

• Metro (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days
• Regional: 4–7 business days
• NT, TAS, remote WA: 5–10 business days

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Surgery booked? Order at least 5 business days out to be safe.

Shipping cost

• Orders over $60: free
• Orders under $60: $8.95 flat
• All bundles: free

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't moved in 3 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Split deliveries

Occasionally items in one order ship from different warehouses and arrive a day or two apart. You'll get a tracking number for each parcel.
