Sizing Guide
Get the size right first time.
Two measurements cover everything we sell. Grab a tape measure and a treat.
Chill Mat: measure length
Measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail while they're lying down. Add 10cm. Pick the mat length that covers it.
- S 50 × 40cm — up to 40cm: Chihuahua, Dachshund, Toy Poodle, Pomeranian
- M 65 × 50cm — up to 55cm: French Bulldog, Cavoodle, Jack Russell, Pug, Staffy pup
- L 90 × 50cm — up to 80cm: Staffy, Kelpie, Border Collie, Cattle Dog, Whippet, Cocker Spaniel
- XL 110 × 70cm — up to 100cm: Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Boxer, Husky
Between sizes? Go up. Dogs sprawl.
Cover Suit: measure back length + weight
Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail, with the dog standing. Check it against weight too; if either measurement puts you in the bigger size, take the bigger size.
- S — 2–4kg, back 25–30cm: Chihuahua, Toy Poodle, Yorkie
- M — 4–9kg, back 30–36cm: Cavoodle, Pug, Jack Russell, Mini Dachshund
- L — 9–15kg, back 36–43cm: French Bulldog, Cocker Spaniel, Whippet, Beagle
- XL — 15–22kg, back 43–50cm: Staffy, Kelpie, Border Collie, Cattle Dog
- XXL — 22–35kg, back 50–58cm: Labrador, Golden Retriever, Boxer, Shepherd
Deep-chested breeds (Staffies, Frenchies, Whippets) should size up if the chest is broad relative to weight. The suit should be snug, not tight: you want two fingers under the fabric.
